2 Ingredient Flatbreads

Deliciously simply two-ingredient flatbreads. Ready to enjoy in a few minutes whatever way you like. Garlic bread, pizza base or stuffed.
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 5 mins
Serves 4 - 6

It feels funny even calling this a recipe but it's too easy to make and good to eat not to share.

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
2. Roll out onto floured board cutting into 6 small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten out ensuring you use plenty of flour to prevent sticking.
3. Preheat a dry pan or griddle to a medium heat and place dough for approximately 3-5 mins each side.
4. Enjoy!!


Use as a base for pizzas or make your own calzones by adding any fillings you like -  cheese, ham, onions - anything then fold in half and seal edges.

I love it made into garlic bread like you see in the photo.


1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup Flour
