2 Ingredient Flatbreads

It feels funny even calling this a recipe but it’s too easy to make and good to eat not to share.

Deliciously simply two-ingredient flatbreads. Ready to enjoy in a few minutes whatever way you like. Make garlic bread, pizza base or stuff with your favourite fillings.

Use as a base for pizzas or make your own calzones by adding any fillings you like –  cheese, ham, onions – anything then fold in half and seal edges.

I love it made into garlic bread like you see in the photo. Just brush with homemade garlic butter with some fresh parlsey.

Serves: Serves 4 - 6
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 5 mins


  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • pinch of salt


  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Roll out onto floured board cutting into 6 small pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten out ensuring you use plenty of flour to prevent sticking.
  3. Preheat a dry pan or griddle to a medium heat and place dough for approximately 3-5 mins each side.
  4. Enjoy!!
