Carbonara

A delicious, easy to make Carbonara that will keep them coming back for more.
Serves 4
Prep time: 5 minutes | Cook time: 12-15

I finally found a carbonara recipe that I love. The sauce is so delicious.

The best part is that any kid who has tried it, loves it.

It was pretty easy to throw the whole thing together.  I felt like it was the perfect Sunday meal served with a side salad and some garlic bread.

If you want a quick and easy delicious meal in just minutes, this is the dish. This pasta carbonara only takes 30 minutes from start to finish!

Method

1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.
2. In a large serving dish, add the beaten eggs and grated parmesan.
3. Sauté the pancetta in a pan.
4. When pasta al dente, drain and add to pan with the olive oil and combine well with the pancetta.
5. Add the pasta and pancetta mix to the serving dish and combine well with the eggs and Parmesan. The heat from the pasta will cook the egg.
6. Serve up and add a final dusting of grated Parmesan.
7. Enjoy!

Small pack of smoked diced pancetta
Spaghetti - enough for 4
Salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 free range eggs and 1 yolk
Lots of grated parmesan
